Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $700.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancelation Policy
– From conclusion of contract 20 % of invoice
– 90 days or less prior to the rental period 50% of the invoice
– 30 days or less prior to the rental period 100 % of the invoice

Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
