Villa Flip Flop
The Villa Flip Flop has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
A master bedroom with a kingsize bed and en-suite master bathroom.
A guest bedroom with a kingsize bed – bathroom shower/WC
A guest bedroom with two twin beds – bathroom shower/WC
In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area and living room, there is also a small office.
Free high speed WiFi is of course available throughout the house and on the terrace.
We recommend that our guests rent a boat for a few days. You have your own jetty and it is not far to the open sea.
For sporty guests, bikes are available to use free of charge. These are used at your own risk – Prestige Villas does not assume any liability.
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $700.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancelation Policy
– From conclusion of contract 20 % of invoice
– 90 days or less prior to the rental period 50% of the invoice
– 30 days or less prior to the rental period 100 % of the invoice

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
This is a no-smoking property
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Electricity costs: The consumption of electricity is charged separately at $ 0.19/kWH.
