Villa Lancaster
From the spacious living area with modern seating area and large flat screen TV you enter the open kitchen area with kitchen counter.
On the large patio you can enjoy the sun all day, refresh yourself in the pool and Jacuzzi and afterwards eat together at the large table what you have prepared on the grill and in the small but fine outdoor kitchen.
In the colder season, the pool can be heated electrically.
Villa Lancaster has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
Master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite master bathroom, flat screen TV.
Bedroom with king size bed – bathroom shower/toilet, flat screen TV
Bedroom with queen size bed – bathroom shower/toilet, flat screen TV
Bedroom with queen size bed
Behind the house on the canal is the boat dock. Start your boat trip directly from Villa Lancaster to the islands Sanibel or Captiva.
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $700.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancelation Policy
– From conclusion of contract 20 % of invoice
– 90 days or less prior to the rental period 50% of the invoice
– 30 days or less prior to the rental period 100 % of the invoice

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
This is a no-smoking property
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Electricity costs: The consumption of electricity is charged separately at $ 0.15/kWH.
