This villa is situated in a prime location on the 8-Lakes and offers a gorgeous view of the water and has an excellent boating location, so we recommend renting a boat.
The open plan living area with modern sofas offers plenty of space for family and friends or for a vacation for two. In the fully equipped kitchen with kitchen bar you will find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. For the perfect BBQ evening, a gas grill is at your disposal.
The terrace and pool deck are facing east, enjoy the sun already during breakfast. On the spacious boat dock with sunbathing platform you can relax in the deck chairs or enjoy the spectacular sunset with a delicious drink.

A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $700.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
