The well-equipped kitchen and the inviting living and dining area offers enough space for up to 8 people.
On the beautiful terrace you can enjoy the sun on a lounger by the heated pool or on one of the shady covered terrace areas together with a glass of wine to end the day.

Because of the excellent boat location we recommend renting a motorboat. This is the fastest way to reach the surrounding islands of Sanibel and Captiva and the most beautiful beaches of Fort Myers Beach.

A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $700.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
