Villa White Bird
This luxury villa, which was newly built in 2015, has a spacious floor plan, stylish furnishings, a large pool with separate spa/hot tub and leaves nothing to be desired.
Spectacular sunsets can be enjoyed night after night from the large terrace or while lounging in the pool with an exotic drink.
The pool can be heated via electric pool heating. A gas BBQ is also available for use.
Villa White Bird has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:
A master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite master bathroom.
A guest bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite master bathroom.
A guest bedroom with queen-size bed.
A guest bedroom with 2 twin beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom shower/toilet.
Each bedroom is equipped with a television.
There is a pool table in the living room to add some fun and entertainment to your vacation routine.
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $700.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancelation Policy
– From conclusion of contract 20 % of invoice
– 90 days or less prior to the rental period 50% of the invoice
– 30 days or less prior to the rental period 100 % of the invoice

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
This is a no-smoking property
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Electricity costs: The consumption of electricity is charged separately at $ 0.15/kWH.
