From the open, luxurious, fully equipped combined kitchen and living room, you can look over the living area and the pool area.
The large veranda area with a designer pool and whirlpool (both can be heated electrically) offers an unforgettable view of the river.
Villa Sunpoint has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms:
A master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite master bathroom on the 1st floor.
A guest bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom shower/WC on the 1st floor.
A master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite master bathroom on the 2nd floor.
A guest bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom shower/WC on the 2nd floor.
The outdoor kitchen with gas grill, extractor fan, sink and refrigerator will excite any amateur chef.
For sporty guests, bikes are available to use free of charge. These are used at your own risk – Prestige Villas does not assume liability.
Payment Policies
A partial payment in the amount of 30% of the grand total is due no later than 1 day(s) after confirmation of intention to book or upon booking if that date has already passed. Remaining payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival. A separate refundable damage deposit is required in the amount of $700.00. The damage deposit is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancelation Policy
– From conclusion of contract 20 % of invoice
– 90 days or less prior to the rental period 50% of the invoice
– 30 days or less prior to the rental period 100 % of the invoice

Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
This is a no-smoking property
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure.
Electricity costs: The consumption of electricity is charged separately at $ 0.19/kWH.
